We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return the items in new condition within 30 days (from the shipping date), we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to the following return policy. Note: Dish antenna, VCD or CD sold are all final and can not be refund.
If any component is defective within 30 days of the shipping date, we'll replace it with a new part. Otherwise, you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (if have). If you can not find the satellite signal you desire, with no defective parts, you can return it within 30 days. You will be responsible to prepay freight to send package back to us, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, shipping cost is non refundable.
If product purchased in new condition, and returned in such a condition that it can not be resold as new (damaged, scratched, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts), another 20% refurbishment fee will be applied in addition to the restocking fee.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND 30 DAYS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE.
Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier within 5 days.
